About This Role
- Responsible for creation and maintenance of Trader Books and Book Hierarchy in Trade Capture and downstream systems.
- Manage Reference Data Setup and maintenance including RDS Book as the Golden Source repository and reconciliation with downstream applications.
- Handle exceptions, monitor data quality reports, and participate in transformation projects such as UAT to ensure KPI adherence and SLA compliance.
Minimum Requirements
- Graduation degree with good academic records.
- 1-2 years of experience in functional Reference Data Services (RDS) domain.
- Proven problem-solving and communication skills, including handling internal clients.
- Work Experience Required: 1-2 years with functional RDS background.

- Experience working with cross-functional teams including Front Office, Trade Support, Operations, Compliance, Credit, Risk, Documentation, and IT.
- Ability to leverage AI tools to improve productivity and optimize workflows responsibly.
- Demonstrated ability to manage data quality and exception processes within controlled environments adhering to SLA and KPIs.
