About This Role
- Assist in developing and implementing pricing strategies to optimize hotel revenue across the Ibis Brand Portfolio.
- Manage daily revenue operations including rate and inventory management, and analyze performance data to generate reports and forecasts.
- Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Reservations, and Finance teams, and support usage and maintenance of the IDeaS Revenue Management Platform to drive market share and optimize RevPAR.
Minimum Requirements
- 3 years of experience in hotel roles with property management system experience.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Foundational understanding of revenue management principles.
- Work Experience Required: 3 years in hotel roles

- Strong analytical skills with the ability to make data-driven decisions and attention to detail.
- Experience collaborating across Sales, Marketing, Reservations, and Finance functions indicating cross-functional operational exposure.
- Familiarity with hotel distribution channels including online travel agencies and distribution networks, indicating domain knowledge in hotel revenue management.
