About This Role
- Design, develop, and maintain robust, scalable, web-based applications and distributed systems.
- Lead system architecture evolution, performance optimization, and high-level design including module decomposition.
- Collaborate with product leadership, execute medium-sized projects, and mentor junior engineers.
Minimum Requirements
- 3 to 5 years of professional software engineering experience.
- B.Tech, M.Tech, or Ph.D. in Computer Science or related technical field (or equivalent experience).
- Proficiency in at least one general-purpose programming language such as Java, C, or C++.
- Strong hands-on experience with multi-threading, concurrency, system design, and working knowledge of relational and NoSQL databases (e.g., MySQL, HBase, Elasticsearch).
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experience building highly scalable business applications handling complex flows and large data volumes.
- Strong expertise in Object-Oriented Design, design patterns, and engineering best practices like Test-Driven Development and full SDLC on Linux.
- Able to independently lead architecture and project execution in a high-growth, dynamic startup-like environment with high ownership.
