About This Role
- Lead and influence complex, large-scale technology initiatives with companywide impact.
- Develop and enforce engineering standards and best practices for technology solutions.
- Design, code, test, review, and debug software projects, making strategic technical decisions.
- Collaborate with senior technical teams to resolve complex issues and lead projects or teams.
Minimum Requirements
- 5+ years of Software Engineering experience through work, training, military, or education.
- Experience with C# development mandatory.
- Experience developing Windows desktop applications using WPF and WCF.
- Work location: Bangalore or Hyderabad.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in Windows system internals, secure interprocess communications, and Windows Filtering Platform (WFP) management APIs.
- Skilled in building production-level privileged Windows services with understanding of TCP/IP networking.
- Capable of operating at a senior technical leadership level, influencing standards and collaborating across teams.
