About This Role
- Support implementation of generative AI capabilities for data, analytics, and decision sciences within defined project objectives.
- Collaborate with decision science teams to refine use cases, develop and test Gen AI prototypes improving analytical workflows and automation.
- Build reusable components, documentation, and follow governance, risk, and quality standards in AI solutions deployment.
Minimum Requirements
- 3+ years in Artificial Intelligence Solutions, data science, advanced analytics, or related consulting experience.
- Hands-on experience applying Generative AI or large language models to analytics, data, modeling, or decision science workflows.
- Proficiency in Python and SQL including data processing, API integration, testing, debugging, and workflow automation.
- Experience with prompt engineering, retrieval-augmented generation, agentic workflows, semantic retrieval, or LLM evaluation methods.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced consultant capable of delivering components of moderately complex Gen AI projects and coordinating with cross-functional teams.
- Strong technical skills in prototyping, component-level design, and implementing Gen AI patterns with an understanding of responsible AI and governance.
- Effective collaborator able to clarify requirements, communicate technical concepts to business and technical partners, and contribute reusable standards and documentation.
