About This Role
- Design, develop, and deliver MIS and business reporting including BAU, adhoc reports, and dashboards with 100% accuracy.
- Lead projects and transitions with hands-on involvement, ensuring timely delivery and communication with business partners.
- Drive data analytics solutions by identifying opportunities for value addition and automation of BAU processes.
Minimum Requirements
- 4-6 years of experience in MIS, reporting, data analytics, or data management within banking/financial domain.
- Expert hands-on experience with SAS and SQL for data extraction and management from complex databases.
- Master's degree in IT, Information Systems, Computer Applications, or Engineering from a premier institute; or BTech/B.E/MCA with additional 2 years experience.
- Strong analytical, logical reasoning, presentation, communication, and project management skills.

- Skilled in leading teams or junior analysts by providing technical and non-technical guidance.
