About This Role
- Lead or support full lifecycle implementation, upgrade, and enhancement of Coupa BSM platform focusing on Procure-to-Pay, Sourcing, Contract, Supplier Management, and financial integrations.
- Configure and support Coupa modules including approval workflows, business rules, accounts, suppliers, catalogs, budgets, and manage user roles and compliance.
- Perform system testing, troubleshoot production issues, support go-live, collaborate with Finance, Procurement, IT, and manage Coupa-NetSuite integrations.
Minimum Requirements
- 4-6 years experience in Coupa including integration with SAP or NetSuite ERP.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Supply Chain Management, Information Systems, or related field.
- Hands-on experience with Coupa implementation and support, including requirement gathering and translating into functional solutions.
- Flexible to work in shifts.

- Experienced consultant comfortable with client-facing roles and direct business user interaction.
- Strong in managing complex Coupa configurations and integrations within finance and procurement domains.
- Capable of collaborating cross-functionally with multiple stakeholders including Finance, Procurement, and IT teams.
