About This Role
- Contribute to development, fine-tuning, and evaluation of large language models (LLMs) using Python and ML frameworks like PyTorch or TensorFlow.
- Design and implement experiments and workflows for model training and performance benchmarking under senior team guidance.
- Document experimental results and participate in model reviews to apply state-of-the-art evaluation methodologies.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or related technical field.
- 3–7 years of total work experience including 3+ years in applied machine learning or data science (including internships or academic research).
- Proficiency in Python and experience with ML frameworks such as PyTorch or TensorFlow.
- Work Schedule: On-premise.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Early-career data scientist with experience in applied machine learning and generative AI focusing on LLMs and fine-tuning techniques.
- Experience with cloud AI/ML services (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and familiarity with MLOps practices.
- Comfortable working under guidance while contributing to rigorous experimentation and applied research in generative models.
