About This Role
- Manage global Master Data operations ensuring accurate and timely data maintenance with compliance to internal controls and audit requirements.
- Lead ERP migrations and master data service onboarding including workforce planning, transition strategies, and validation activities specifically in SAP ECC environments.
- Drive data quality assurance, monitor SLAs, support data governance initiatives, and resolve complex cross-functional Master Data issues while developing team capabilities.
Minimum Requirements
- 15+ years experience in Master Data Management with a focus on SAP ECC environments.
- Finance accounting qualification required: CIMA or ACCA.
- Strong expertise in SAP ECC functional and technical aspects including FI, CO, SD modules preferred.
- Educational Qualification: Any Graduation.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Extensive experience handling Master Data Management in a multinational or FMCG/GBS environment with SAP ECC expertise.
- Proven leadership in managing cross-functional global teams within matrix organizational structures.
- Experienced in automation tools (RPA, AI), data governance, ERP transitions, and delivering continuous improvement with strong stakeholder management skills.
