About This Role
- Provide L2 production support for business-critical applications during 4:00 AM to 12:00 PM IST shift.
- Manage Windows servers, SQL databases, batch scheduling (Control-M), and use monitoring tools (Splunk, SCOM) to resolve system issues proactively.
- Execute incident, problem, and change management via ServiceNow/ITSM and collaborate with multiple teams to ensure system stability.
Minimum Requirements
- 5-10 years of relevant experience in production support.
- Strong skills in Windows administration, SQL, Control-M or equivalent job scheduling tools, and monitoring tools like Splunk and SCOM.
- Experience in incident and problem management using ITSM tools such as ServiceNow.
- Must be available to work during Australia business hours (4:00 AM - 12:00 PM IST).
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in supporting high-availability, business-critical production environments with strong troubleshooting skills.
- Familiar with Payments or Acquiring domain, PCI-DSS compliance, and cloud storage (AWS S3) is a plus.
- Skills in automation scripting (PowerShell, Python, Shell) and SAP BODS preferred for enhanced operational efficiency.
