About This Role
- Design and deliver technical solutions for airline software implementations, including architecture diagrams and integration specifications.
- Lead customer technical discovery sessions and translate requirements into structured solution designs.
- Provide expert pre-sales technical support through RFP contributions, demos, and proof-of-concept activities, using AI tools for documentation and prototype development.
Minimum Requirements
- 3–5 years of solution engineering or technical pre-sales experience.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- Strong knowledge of airline technology or enterprise SaaS architecture.
- Experience with customer-facing technical communication.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experience in airline technology domain, including familiarity with NDC standards and IATA-related airline retailing and operations technology.
- Proficient in leveraging AI tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot, Claude) for solution design documentation and prototype development.
- Capable of conducting detailed technical competitive analysis and collaborating across product and implementation teams for delivery feasibility.
