About This Role
- Design and develop ServiceNow Field Service Management (FSM) solutions including Work Order Management, Scheduling & Dispatch, and Mobile Work Execution.
- Configure FSM workflows, mobile applications, and integrations with SAP and other enterprise systems, ensuring seamless operation and data consistency.
- Manage CMDB foundational data for WSD/facility assets, support code promotion, data migration, CI/CD pipelines, and participate in platform health reviews and testing activities.
Minimum Requirements
- 5 to 8 years of hands-on ServiceNow development experience, with strong expertise in the FSM module.
- Proficient in server-side and client-side scripting (Business Rules, Client Scripts, Script Includes, UI Policies, Flow Designer, Jelly, HTML, XML, CSS, JavaScript).
- Experience integrating ServiceNow with SAP and working with REST/SOAP APIs, CMDB management.
- Education: Bachelor of Engineering (BE/B.Tech) or MBA or MCA.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Has deep technical expertise specifically in ServiceNow FSM and experience managing complex integrations with SAP and enterprise systems.
- Demonstrates strong capabilities in scripting and platform development across both client and server sides within ServiceNow.
- Comfortable collaborating with technical and business stakeholders to design scalable solutions and support release processes including DevOps and CI/CD workflows.
