About This Role
- Provide consulting services across SAP HCM modules including Personnel Administration, Organizational Management, Time Management, Payroll, Recruitment, Training, Event Management, and Performance Management.
- Customize and implement SAP HCM processes to support HR business requirements and ensure compliance with statutory and organizational policies.
- Conduct system testing, troubleshooting, training, documentation, and support post-implementation activities including data migration and integration.
Minimum Requirements
- 2 to 4 years of work experience in SAP HCM consulting or related roles.
- Mandatory skill: SAP HCM (design, configuration, implementation).
- Education: Bachelor of Engineering, MBA, MCA, or M.Tech degree.
- SAP HCM Certification preferred but not mandatory; localized Payroll experience and SAP upgrade exposure are preferred.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experience working closely with HR and business teams to translate requirements into SAP HCM solutions, indicating strong business-process alignment capability.
- Comfortable managing end-to-end SAP HCM implementation tasks including workshops, trainings, documentation, and compliance.
- Familiarity with SAP system testing, troubleshooting, and support in a consulting environment focusing on operational efficiency.
