About This Role
- Analyse monthly Income Statements for assigned Business Units to explain performance drivers and maintain detailed financial metrics and KPI dashboards.
- Prepare and manage budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and provide financial insights to support decision-making across Business Units.
- Act as an analytical business partner to Business Unit heads, supporting financial planning, investment proposals, operational improvements, and financial modelling projects.
Minimum Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in financial analysis, FP&A, or Finance business partner roles involving P&L management and budgeting.
- Direct experience interacting with business or department heads for performance discussions and decision support.
- Proven capability in automating financial work using technologies, including AI, to increase efficiency.
- Work Experience Required: 5+ years in relevant finance roles.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in FP&A or business finance with demonstrated ability to manage end-to-end financial planning and analysis for multiple Business Units.
- Comfortable working in close partnership with business leaders and translating financial data into actionable insights for non-financial decision makers.
- Technically adept with advanced Excel modelling skills and knowledge of BI tools to handle large datasets and automate reporting tasks.
