About This Role
- Lead AI & Data strategy development including AI opportunity identification, AI readiness assessments, and enterprise AI architecture design to enable AI adoption at scale.
- Develop AI roadmaps, business cases, and data governance frameworks while engaging C-level stakeholders to secure board-level commitment to AI initiatives.
- Oversee data platform strategy involving cloud and big data technologies and manage AI value assessments, benchmarking, and Responsible AI practices for clients across industries.
Minimum Requirements
- 10-15 years overall experience with 5-7 years in strategy consulting and 3+ years in AI & Data strategy and solution design.
- Experience with AI use case identification, AI readiness, enterprise AI architecture, data governance tools (e.g., Collibra, Talend, Informatica), and cloud/data platforms (GCP, Azure, AWS, Snowflake, Databricks).
- MBA from a tier 1 institute preferred.
- Work Experience Required: 10-15 years; Location: Bangalore, Gurugram, Mumbai, Pune, Chennai, Kolkata, Hyderabad.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced manager with demonstrated success leading AI & Data strategic initiatives and teams in a consulting environment.
- Strong domain expertise in AI technologies including Traditional AI, Generative AI, Responsible AI frameworks with ability to engage and influence at executive/C-level.
- Capable of handling large-scale transformation projects involving data governance, cloud platforms, financial proposals, and cross-industry benchmarking.
