About This Role
- Architect, design, build, deploy, and monitor advanced analytics models for supply chain planning and operations across various functions like demand planning, inventory planning, S&OP, logistics planning.
- Provide strategic advisory to clients by translating engineering/business problems into analytics solutions that drive operational improvements and innovation in supply chain.
- Collaborate with internal teams and support sales by driving innovations, thought leadership, and development of tools, technology, and accelerators in supply chain analytics.
Minimum Requirements
- 12-14 years of relevant experience in supply chain analytics and advanced analytics including ML, DL, and Generative AI.
- Hands-on programming skills in Python, PySpark, SQL, and experience with visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau) and big data platforms.
- Understanding of supply chain planning and operations in industries like CPG, Life Sciences, Pharma, Industrial, or Resources, with focus on demand planning, inventory planning, S&OP, or logistics.
- Educational Qualification: Any Degree. Work Experience Required: 12-14 years
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Expertise in supply chain functions with deep knowledge in advanced analytics (descriptive, predictive, prescriptive, generative) models applied to operations and planning.
- Experience operating at a strategic advisory level, managing client relationships, and driving business transformation through analytics.
- Strong technical proficiency in programming and analytics platforms combined with ability to innovate and develop new solutions in a fast-paced consulting environment.
