About This Role
- Maintain, test, and implement the Business Resiliency Program across business functions per company BCM policy.
- Support internal and external audits related to Business Continuity and ensure compliance with agreed business resiliency controls through ongoing reviews.
- Develop business resiliency plans, conduct training and awareness sessions, and provide guidance during crisis events.
Minimum Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Business Continuity Management (BCM).
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (B.E/B.Tech.).
- Experience with BC/DR planning and testing, and awareness of ISO22301 standards.
- Location requirement: Mumbai.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experience working with IT-enabled services (ITES) background preferred.
- Skillful in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Power BI for analysis and reporting.
- Ability to serve as a subject matter expert to develop and guide business resiliency plans in line with industry standards.
