About This Role
- Design, configure and implement ServiceNow Security Operations modules (SIR, VR, Configuration Compliance, Threat Intelligence).
- Develop customisations and integrations with security tools like SIEM (Splunk, QRadar, Sentinel), vulnerability scanners (Qualys, Tenable, Rapid7), and EDR (CrowdStrike, Microsoft Defender).
- Build dashboards, workflows, and reports; support testing, deployment, upgrades, and post-go-live support; mentor junior developers.
Minimum Requirements
- 6+ years of ServiceNow development/implementation experience.
- Hands-on implementation experience with ServiceNow SecOps (Security Incident Response and/or Vulnerability Response) mandatory.
- Strong ServiceNow scripting skills (JavaScript, Glide API, Business Rules, Script Includes, Client Scripts) and integration experience (IntegrationHub, Flow Designer, REST/SOAP APIs).
- Must be willing to work onsite in Dubai.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced with security operations processes (incident response, vulnerability management, threat intelligence) and role of CMDB in SecOps.
- Familiarity integrating ServiceNow with SIEM, vulnerability scanners, and EDR tools, ideally with prior work in regulated sectors like banking or government in UAE/GCC.
- Technical leader capable of mentoring juniors and translating business requirements into technical solutions.
