About This Role
- Lead requirements gathering and process design for ServiceNow Security Operations (SecOps) implementations, focusing on Security Incident Response and Vulnerability Response modules.
- Translate security processes into ServiceNow SecOps solutions by running workshops, writing user stories, and defining KPIs, SLAs, dashboards, and reporting requirements.
- Act as liaison between security, SOC, IT stakeholders, and technical teams to ensure solutions meet business needs; manage backlog and support UAT, training, and change management.
Minimum Requirements
- 6+ years experience as a Business Analyst including significant ServiceNow experience.
- Mandatory hands-on business analysis experience on ServiceNow SecOps (Security Incident Response and/or Vulnerability Response) implementations.
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Information Security, or related field.
- Must be able to work onsite in Dubai.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced with security operations processes and frameworks such as NIST, ISO 27001, and MITRE ATT&CK, enabling effective solution design.
- Skilled at writing user stories and functional specifications within Agile environments using tools like Jira and ServiceNow Agile.
- Able to facilitate workshops and manage stakeholder communications across security, SOC, product owners, and technical teams to drive alignment.
