About This Role
- Develop and execute test strategies, plans, and cases specifically for ServiceNow Security Operations (SecOps) modules, including Incident Response (SIR) and Vulnerability Response (VR).
- Conduct functional, integration, regression, and user acceptance testing covering SecOps modules and integrations with security tools such as SIEM, vulnerability scanners, and EDR.
- Build and maintain automated test scripts using ServiceNow Automated Test Framework (ATF), track defects, and collaborate with developers to ensure quality and stability during upgrades, patches, and releases.
Minimum Requirements
- Minimum 6 years of QA/testing experience with significant hands-on experience testing ServiceNow SecOps modules (SIR and/or VR).
- Strong expertise with ServiceNow Automated Test Framework (ATF) and testing integrations via REST/SOAP APIs with security tools.
- Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field.
- Must be available to work onsite in Dubai.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in security operations processes such as incident response and vulnerability management, aligned with the SecOps domain focus.
- Proficient working in Agile environments and using test and defect management tools like Jira, ServiceNow Test Management, and Azure DevOps.
- Possesses ServiceNow certifications (CSA, CIS-SIR, CIS-VR) and/or testing certifications (ISTQB) and has prior experience in regulated sectors like banking or government in the UAE/GCC region.
