About This Role
- Lead technology strategy and best practices across engineering teams, focusing on platform architecture and long-term vision.
- Translate business requirements into technical roadmaps, actively develop software modules (up to 60% hands-on coding).
- Ensure cross-system integration, scalability, performance, and quality of backend infrastructure, collaborating with Data Science, DevOps, and Frontend teams.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- 10+ years professional experience in software development including designing and scaling enterprise-grade applications.
- Proficiency in Java/Python frameworks (Spring, Hibernate), messaging queue concepts, RESTful APIs, and microservices architecture.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), and software development lifecycle practices (Agile, Scrum).
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced senior technical leader comfortable balancing hands-on development with strategic architecture design and team mentorship.
- Strong background in backend engineering, data integration, and working across multiple technical domains including data science and DevOps.
