About This Role
- Design, develop, and deliver Python backend services using FastAPI and Flask for AI agent control and security applications.
- Manage end-to-end project ownership including customer engagement to understand requirements and deliver impactful solutions.
- Model and query large security datasets with strict tenant isolation and implement AI agent integrations such as MCP and human approval workflows.
Minimum Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of software engineering experience with at least 5 years of production Python development.
- Daily hands-on experience using AI agents and frontier AI models for software development, including independent use of LLMs to learn and deliver solutions.
- Strong system design skills for distributed services, API design, data modelling, and software testing standards.
- Availability to work remotely during UK working hours and ability to join as soon as possible.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in autonomous project management with ability to prioritize and communicate effectively across teams and with customers.
- Proven capability in using AI agents and LLMs to navigate unfamiliar codebases and solve complex technical problems.
- Comfortable working remotely in UK hours and owning full lifecycle of projects including direct customer interaction and problem resolution.
