About This Role
- Design, develop, and deploy advanced data science and AI solutions using machine learning, large language models (LLMs), and modern data platforms.
- Develop and maintain predictive models, LLM-powered applications (e.g., AI assistants, RAG pipelines), semantic layers, and evaluation frameworks for AI systems.
- Partner with data engineering to ensure scalable production-ready AI systems and communicate AI-driven insights to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Minimum Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in data science, machine learning, or applied AI roles with proven production deployment of ML or LLM-powered systems.
- B.Tech or Master's in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field.
- Strong programming skills in Python and experience with data platforms such as Databricks (Spark, MLflow, Delta Lake).
- Experience working with large-scale structured and unstructured datasets including clinical and healthcare data.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Expertise in building multi-step AI workflows leveraging LLMs, agentic AI frameworks, embedding pipelines, and vector databases.
- Experience with LLMOps practices including model deployment, monitoring, prompt engineering, and evaluation workflows.
- Domain experience applying AI in healthcare, life sciences, or biopharma, with familiarity of clinical data and pharma ecosystem.
