About This Role
- Own and evolve core platform infrastructure including CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure-as-code, Kubernetes/EKS, and AWS services to ensure scalable and reliable platform operations.
- Design and build AI agents, intelligent automation tools, and MCP integrations to enhance platform usability for research scientists and data engineers.
- Collaborate with data engineering teams to integrate data-platform capabilities and contribute platform documentation and reusable tooling across feature and platform squads.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related technical field required.
- 6-10 years professional experience in DevOps, platform engineering, or infrastructure engineering with production system ownership.
- Strong hands-on skills in Python, CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitHub Actions), AWS, infrastructure-as-code, and Kubernetes/EKS.
- Practical experience with observability tools (e.g., Loki, Tempo, Grafana), automated testing, and operational workflows; experience with AI agents or MCP tooling is a plus but not strictly mandatory.

- Experienced platform engineer with demonstrated ownership of production-grade cloud infrastructure and CI/CD pipelines in AWS and Kubernetes environments.
- Skilled in designing reusable APIs, automation, and tooling that improve developer productivity and platform reliability.
- Collaborative communicator able to work effectively across research scientists, data engineers, and technical leadership in a cross-functional, platform-focused engineering team.
