About This Role
- Manage and deliver daily AV operations and technical support for corporate meeting rooms, boardrooms, and event spaces to ensure seamless collaboration and execution.
- Conduct preventive maintenance, system health checks, and coordinate with vendors for equipment servicing and repairs.
- Support implementation, integration, and upgrades of AV technologies with enterprise collaboration platforms like Microsoft Teams and Zoom.
Minimum Requirements
- 3-4 years of hands-on experience in corporate AV operations, preferably in corporate real estate, facility management, or corporate IT environments.
- Strong working knowledge of professional AV equipment (projectors, DSP audio systems, matrix switchers, control systems such as Crestron, Extron, AMX).
- Proficiency in enterprise video conferencing platforms with integration to collaboration tools; understanding of network fundamentals and AV-related IT infrastructure.
- Location: On-site in Mumbai, Maharashtra.

- Experienced in managing AV technology for executive-level meetings and large-scale events with a focus on reliable service delivery under live conditions.
- Technically adept in AV system integration, preventive maintenance, and vendor coordination within corporate or facility management settings.
- Comfortable working extended hours for events and maintenance, willing to handle physical tasks related to AV equipment, and able to engage with internal clients effectively.
