About This Role
- Design and implement AI solutions to evaluate, recommend, and support business strategies.
- Lead and mentor a small team (2-5 members) in system design principles related to Gen AI/Agentic AI pipelines and workflows.
- Manage large and complex data sets including data collection, cleaning, exploratory analysis and applying statistical models/algorithms.
Minimum Requirements
- 8-12 years of experience in data science or related field.
- Hands-on experience in designing and implementing Gen AI/Agentic AI workflows in production environments.
- Expertise in deep learning, sequence-to-sequence models, explainable AI, and scalable deep learning models.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience; experience in Financial/Credit Card industry preferred.
