About This Role
- Lead design, development, and delivery of secure, scalable software solutions within Infrastructure Platforms.
- Drive adoption of enterprise-authorized AI-assisted engineering tools to enhance code quality, delivery speed, and operational stability.
- Lead technical evaluations with vendors and internal teams to align architectures with firm’s business objectives.
Minimum Requirements
- 5+ years of applied software engineering experience with formal training or certification.
- Advanced proficiency in one or more programming languages and experience with SDLC and agile methodologies (CI/CD, Application Resiliency, Security).
- Demonstrated leadership in use of approved AI-assisted software development tools with ability to set team validation standards.
- Practical cloud-native experience and in-depth knowledge of financial services IT systems.

- Skilled in integrating AI-assisted engineering tools responsibly, including coaching teams on compliance, security, and data sensitivity.
