About This Role
- Designs, develops, and troubleshoots secure, scalable software solutions using .Net Core or Java, Angular or React, primarily within Consumer and Community Banking technology products.
- Implements high-quality production code and maintains algorithms, leveraging AI-assisted development tools to enhance code quality, delivery speed, and productivity.
- Produces architecture and design artifacts, collaborates with Engineering teams on technical requirements, and analyzes large datasets to improve software applications and system architecture.
Minimum Requirements
- 3+ years of applied experience in fullstack software development with formal training or certification in software engineering concepts.
- Technical expertise in .Net Core or Java, RESTful Web services, Angular or React, and cloud experience with AWS.
- Familiarity with CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins, Docker, Spinnaker), Test Driven Development, relational and non-relational databases (SQL, MongoDB), and source code management tools (e.g., Git).
- Hands-on experience with enterprise-authorized AI-assisted software development tools and understanding of responsible AI use in engineering workflows.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced fullstack developer comfortable working in agile environments and integrating cloud technologies (AWS) with modern frontend frameworks (React/Angular).
- Demonstrates advanced coding skills with strong knowledge of OOP, design principles, and secure coding practices, able to critically evaluate AI-generated code outputs.
- Able to produce software architecture designs, identify and solve hidden data/system problems, and collaborate cross-functionally to meet performance, scalability, and security requirements.
