About This Role
- Lead end-to-end AI-driven HR transformation projects including solution design and execution oversight aligned with client senior stakeholders.
- Own engagement management covering planning, budgeting, deliverables tracking, risk management, and quality assurance across workstreams.
- Drive practice growth through client relationship management, team mentoring, productivity improvements, domain asset development, and AI-enabled solution innovation.
Minimum Requirements
- 7-12 years of professional experience post full-time Master's degree or MBA.
- Expertise in AI-led HR Reinvention, Agentic Architecture, AI-enabled HR Operating Models, and AI Agent Design and Orchestration.
- Experience managing client engagements, budgets, and senior stakeholder relationships, including C-suite engagement.
- Location: Gurgaon, Mumbai or Bangalore (onsite or specified regions).
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in HR process transformation specifically across the hire-to-retire value chain with AI and process mining application.
- Capable leader with proven skills in managing multi-disciplinary project teams, client engagements, and driving business/practice growth.
- Strategic thinker adept at creating domain intellectual property such as methodologies, POV papers, and leveraging AI tools for innovation.
