About This Role
- Design and implement finance transformation solutions focused on Order to Cash (OTC) processes using tools like HighRadius, Rimilia, Serrala.
- Lead client workshops, support project delivery end-to-end including system design, blueprinting, proof of concepts, and data modeling.
- Drive sales pipeline activities including business development, demos, and proposal support for finance technology projects.
Minimum Requirements
- 4-8 years of finance transformation experience, especially in Order to Cash domain and related finance technologies.
- Postgraduate degree (MBA from premier B-School), CA, or CPA required.
- Experience implementing OTC solutions end-to-end including assessment, planning, design, configuration, testing, training, and deployment.
- Must have knowledge and hands-on experience with OTC tools like HighRadius, Rimilia, Serrala, Sidetrade; certification in OTC products is a plus.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in finance technology project delivery with strong capability in process design and reengineering for OTC functions.
- Proven ability to lead client interactions including workshops and stakeholder presentations in global and complex environments.
- Possess program and people management skills with ability to work independently and lead distributed global teams.
