About This Role
- Design, deliver, and continuously improve sales-support learning solutions for GCC sales-support teams.
- Lead needs analysis, curriculum governance, facilitation, certification, and readiness for category-data analysis and promotional-data processes.
- Maintain training effectiveness dashboards and partner with operations to embed process improvements and automation into training plans.
Minimum Requirements
- 7 to 11 years of experience in sales operations, sales support, category support, MIS reporting, data management, or comparable analytical operations, with at least 3 years in process training or capability building.
- Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills, including lookups, pivots, data cleaning, and reconciliation.
- Experience working in GCC, shared-services, offshore-support, transition, or knowledge-transfer environments.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Commerce, Economics, Human Resources, Education, or related field.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in retail or CPG data platforms such as Circana, IRI, Nielsen, or retailer portals.
- Operates effectively in cross-geography stakeholder management and multi-workstream governance disciplines.
- Proven capability in instructional design, advanced facilitation, assessment, and knowledge-transfer programs.
