About This Role
- Lead end-to-end execution of medium-sized projects in blending, paint, and lubricant industries ensuring scope, schedule, quality, and financial targets are met.
- Manage project financials including cash flow, billing, revenue tracking, and contract administration.
- Direct cross-functional teams, manage stakeholder expectations, mitigate risks, and oversee project close-out and handover processes.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Instrumentation Engineering.
- 8–12 years of project management experience in Paints, Lubricants, Pulp & Paper, or related process industries.
- Proficiency in MS Project, Primavera, MS Office, and PMP certification.
- Willingness to travel 30–40%; work location onsite in Bangalore-Peenya region.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced managing blending and related industry projects with strong skills in project planning, execution, and contract management.
- Demonstrated ability managing project financials and stakeholder relationships in cross-functional, multi-location environments.
- Proficient in project management methodologies (PMP) and tools; capable of risk mitigation and driving project profitability.
