About This Role
- Manage complete order to cash process including order entry, confirmation, invoicing, and compliance with Waters policies.
- Coordinate with internal/external stakeholders to ensure timely delivery, documentation compliance, and customer satisfaction.
- Lead process improvements, support end-of-period activities, and provide backup support within Order Operations team.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in commercial/business management, logistics, or related field.
- 10-15 years experience in customer service, order management, or logistics.
- Experience with SAP and proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
