About This Role
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable MES applications using C#, .NET Framework/Core, Web APIs, and integrate with external manufacturing systems (e.g., SAP, PLCs, SCADA).
- Optimize MS SQL Server databases, including queries, stored procedures, and performance tuning to support manufacturing execution workflows.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including process engineers and production to gather requirements, troubleshoot manufacturing environment issues, and ensure system security and performance best practices.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 8+ years of hands-on experience in C#, .NET, Web API development, and MES technologies.
- Proficient in MS SQL Server (T-SQL, stored procedures, performance tuning) and JavaScript front-end development.
- Work Experience Required: 8+ years; Location: Bangalore / Hyderabad, India; Hybrid work arrangement.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in MES systems implementation or support, ideally with knowledge of AVEVA MES or similar (Wonderware, Rockwell FT, Siemens Opcenter).
- Demonstrates strong understanding of manufacturing processes and shop floor integration technologies including OPC and PLC communications.
- Comfortable working in hybrid collaboration settings, engaging with technical and production teams to deliver manufacturing digital transformation solutions.
