About This Role
- Manage daily transport operations including fleet coordination and route planning to ensure efficient and timely service delivery.
- Coordinate with vendors, drivers, and external providers to resolve operational issues and maintain service standards.
- Prepare MIS reports and dashboards to monitor transport performance and compliance with safety and regulatory standards.
Minimum Requirements
- Graduate degree mandatory; MBA in Supply Chain, Logistics, or Operations preferred.
- 1-5+ years of experience in transportation, logistics, fleet management, or transport administration.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and experience with transportation management or fleet tracking systems (e.g., Routomatic, SafeTrax, MoveInSync).
- Knowledge of transportation compliance, safety standards, and vendor management.

- Experienced in managing and optimizing employee transport or logistics services within a structured environment.
- Data-driven operator comfortable with MIS reporting and analytics to enhance transport efficiency.
