About This Role
- Lead and build Reporting & Analytics capability within Business Finance.
- Create business-level and enterprise-level consolidated reporting and insights to drive performance management and support senior leadership.
- Develop a strong performance reporting and analytics engine to enable Business Finance teams to focus on business partnership and decision driving.
Minimum Requirements
- 6 to 9 years of relevant experience in Business Finance, Management Reporting, Business Analytics, Finance Analytics, or similar roles.
- Chartered Accountant (CA) or MBA Finance from a reputed institution.
- Experience in IT Services, Consulting, Analytics, Technology Services, or other services businesses preferred.
- Strong skills in advanced Excel, Power BI (or equivalent BI tools), management reporting, and ability to manage multiple reporting timelines and stakeholders.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Comfortable working with large datasets and deriving actionable insights beyond number consolidation.
- Experienced in supporting multiple businesses, business units, or geographies.
- Capable of managing and developing a small analytical team with strong communication and presentation skills.
