About This Role
- Lead PMO governance and execution tracking for healthcare-related initiatives impacted by recent policy and regulatory changes with clear visibility on all project dimensions (scope, milestones, ownership, dependencies, risks, and actions).
- Manage integrated project plans and monitor workstream execution, including tracking progress and unblocking issues to meet project goals.
- Communicate effectively with senior leadership teams, project teams, and steering committees, ensuring strong documentation using MS Project, PPT, and memos.
Minimum Requirements
- 12+ years experience in project management, program management, or PMO functions; healthcare domain experience desired.
- Bachelor of Technology (BE/B.Tech) or MCA/M.Tech degree.
- Proficiency with MS Project, MS PowerPoint, and other MS tools; strong project planning and RAID (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, Dependencies) management skills.
- Preferred certifications include PMP, Prince, CAPM, Agile, Scrum, SAFe, or similar project/program management credentials.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced project manager with a strong background in healthcare domain transformations driven by policy/regulatory changes.
- Demonstrates advanced governance skills including risk and issue management using frameworks like RCAM, and integrated project planning.
- Capable of managing complex communication flows between senior leadership, project teams, and steering committees with analytical rigor and attention to detail.
