About This Role
- Build and lead the global credit management team based in Gurgaon, establishing roles, performance expectations, and culture.
- Design and implement global credit policies, risk-rating methodologies, credit limits, and approval controls to manage company accounts receivable exposure and working capital.
- Develop reporting capabilities, KPIs, and dashboards to monitor credit risk, support collections, and provide customer-risk assessments for expected credit losses and portfolio reporting.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or related discipline.
- 7+ years of progressive B2B commercial credit, corporate credit risk, or related finance experience.
- Experience leading or supervising a credit management or finance operations team and designing/improving credit policies and risk-rating in a multinational or complex B2B environment.
- Ability to work across time zones with availability during US Eastern morning hours.

- Hands-on leader combining strong technical knowledge in credit risk with effective people management and stakeholder influence.
- Experienced in multinational B2B credit environments requiring sound commercial judgment and independent decision-making with limited support.
- Comfortable working in a lean environment partnering across Treasury, AR Collections, and Controllership in cross-functional, global settings.
