About This Role
- Lead and develop the Treasury Operations team in Gurgaon, managing day-to-day treasury operations across EMEA and APAC and supporting Americas as needed.
- Establish and maintain standardized treasury procedures, controls, and escalation protocols; act as primary liaison with the U.S.-based Global Treasury team.
- Oversee payments, liquidity management, bank-account lifecycle, treasury management systems, compliance, and drive operational excellence and continuous improvement across international treasury functions.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or related field.
- 5+ years of progressive experience in Treasury, Banking, or related field, with significant treasury operations experience.
- Experience leading or supervising a treasury or finance operations team.
- Willingness and ability to work across time zones with availability during U.S. Eastern morning hours.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Hands-on treasury leader combining strong technical knowledge (cash management, international payments, treasury controls) with effective team management skills.
- Experience working in multinational, multi-currency, and multi-country treasury environments with exposure to Treasury Management Systems (Kyriba preferred) and bank connectivity solutions (host-to-host, API).
- Demonstrates ownership, sound judgment, strong control awareness, and ability to operate across geographies and functions under time-sensitive conditions.
