About This Role
- Own end-to-end business and data analysis for Strategic Data Onboarding and Finance/Regulatory transformation initiatives within Capital program, enabling enhanced capital reporting.
- Identify and analyze gaps, risks, dependencies in current processes and data flows; lead issue investigation and resolution for regulatory metrics, working with Risk, Finance, and Treasury teams.
- Translate business, risk, finance, and regulatory requirements into data/system specifications; collaborate with IT to implement and integrate solutions correctly.
Minimum Requirements
- Experience with high volume data analysis and IT analytical skills including SQL (Python and Power BI beneficial but not mandatory).
- Familiarity with risk-weighted assets calculation domain, capital/regulatory reporting cycles, or relevant financial services experience (beneficial).
- Knowledge of banking products, regulatory calculations, and front-to-back investment banking system architecture (beneficial).
