About This Role
- Own product strategy, roadmap, backlog prioritization, and delivery planning for banking software solutions in Agile environments.
- Lead delivery execution including managing dependencies, risk mitigation, resolving blockers, and supporting software releases.
- Design and develop solutions on GCP platform, collaborate with business and technology stakeholders, and mentor junior team members.
Minimum Requirements
- Minimum 12 years of solution design and development experience on GCP platform.
- Strong domain knowledge in Private Banking, payments, lending, wealth management, compliance, and banking regulatory reporting.
- Proficient technical skills in Big Data / GCP technologies (Big Query, Cloud SQL, Hive) and SQL queries; experience with SDLC tools like HP ALM, Jira, Service Now.
- Work Experience Required: At least 12 years in relevant technical and product roles.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in banking regulation interfaces, especially with German regulators and compliance domains.
- Demonstrated ability to lead product delivery end-to-end in Agile and matrixed environments with virtual teams.
- Capable of technical mentorship, driving innovation, continuous improvement, and adoption of AI and DevOps practices.
