About This Role
- Monitor and support digital supply-chain applications (E2open/E2MV, SAP MM, SAP Analytics Cloud) ensuring smooth supply-chain operations.
- Troubleshoot and resolve B2B transaction, integration, SAP interface, and inventory reconciliation issues.
- Analyze operational data and reports to identify root causes, manage incident tickets, and drive continuous process improvements.
Minimum Requirements
- Experience Required: Application support or IT operations with exposure to supply-chain application support.
- Hands-on experience with E2open/E2MV or similar supply-chain visibility platforms and SAP MM (inventory/material management).
- Skills in troubleshooting B2B transactions, integrations, SAP interfaces/IDocs, and using JIRA or similar ticketing tools.
- Educational Qualification: B.E or B.Tech degree.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in global supply-chain or manufacturing environment application support with end-to-end ownership of transaction monitoring and issue resolution.
- Capable of independent data analysis, reconciliation, root cause analysis, and driving cross-functional coordination for resolution.
- Familiar with process automation opportunities and integration testing including supplier onboarding and B2B setup.
