About This Role
- Provide support services for a wide range of Trade Service products ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Perform and guide complex trade transactions including letters of credit issuance, amendments, and negotiations, plus documentary and direct collections.

- Minimum 4+ years of Trade Services support experience or equivalent via work, training, military, or education.
- Experience handling letters of credit and documentary/direct collections per Trade Services standards.
