About This Role
- Manage the entire order lifecycle ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely delivery through coordination with cross-functional teams.
- Proactively track and expedite orders, resolving issues to maintain delivery timelines.
- Identify process gaps and develop standard operating procedures (SOPs) to improve operational efficiency using ERP/Ariba and reporting tools.
Minimum Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in Order Management, Supply Chain, or Operations.
- Hands-on experience with SAP/ERP systems and Ariba portal required.
- Flexible to work in rotational shifts including nights and Indian public/national holidays.
- Strong understanding of end-to-end supply chain processes and proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in handling end-to-end supply chain operations with ownership and proactive problem-solving approach.
- Ability to coordinate across teams and manage multiple stakeholders effectively.
- Familiarity with global trade compliance, tariffs, and exposure to Power BI or data analytics is preferred for stronger decision support.
