About This Role
- Own design, development, and continuous improvement of ServiceNow applications and integrations within Sanofi's Enterprise Service Management platform.
- Lead strategic development initiatives and complex technical implementations to enhance service delivery capabilities.
- Establish technical roadmaps, enforce coding standards, and provide technical leadership including mentoring junior developers.
Minimum Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in ServiceNow development and customization in enterprise environments.
- Advanced skills in ServiceNow platform development and administration (CSM, SPM, HRSD modules).
- Experience with integration technologies (REST, SOAP, MID Server) and workflow design.
- Fluent in English. ServiceNow certifications preferred but not mandatory.
