About This Role
- Own end-to-end product area of AI submission ingestion platform: roadmap, backlog, specs, quality, release, and outcome measures within platform strategy.
- Collaborate closely with engineers, underwriters, and operations users to make prioritization and design trade-offs, ensuring alignment with business and regional needs.
- Manage release readiness including acceptance testing, evaluation, UAT validation, global rollout coordination, and user-facing communication of business value.
Minimum Requirements
- 15+ years total experience including 4+ years as a Product Manager on platform, data, or AI products with quantifiable shipped outcomes.
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, computer science, business or related field, or equivalent experience.
- Hands-on experience with LLM/ML products covering evaluation design, precision/recall trade-offs, confidence thresholds, and human-in-the-loop review.
- Proficiency in writing product specs engineers can build from (API contracts, event flows, data models) and ability to analyze data using SQL and Python.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in managing complex AI-driven products with strong engineering proximity and ability to make technical and business trade-offs independently.
- Comfortable collaborating with cross-continental teams (US and Europe time zones) and coordinating global product rollouts and user acceptance testing.
- Strong analytical skills with hands-on technical understanding including evaluation metrics, and code/log analysis to validate product performance and quality.
