About This Role
- Own and coordinate small projects and support major projects in planning, documentation, and budget management to ensure activities meet timelines and cost expectations.
- Manage project organizational structure including reporting, communication, and procedures to maintain clear objectives and effective stakeholder engagement.
- Maintain strong client relationships by balancing client needs with JLL business goals, overseeing contract administration, project risk mitigation, and project revenue/payment management.
Minimum Requirements
- Degree in any property-related discipline.
- At least six years of experience in design, construction, planning & documentation, or project management.
- Work Location: On-site Hyderabad, Telangana.
- Work Experience Required: Minimum 6 years in relevant domains (design, construction, planning, documentation, project management).
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced project coordinator skilled in budgeting, planning, documentation, and stakeholder management within real estate or construction projects.
- Capable of managing multiple ranks and responsibilities, fostering collaborative relations with superiors, subordinates, peers, and clients.
- Strong client relationship management with focus on aligning client expectations and JLL business interests while driving revenue and contract compliance.
