About This Role
- Lead design, development, and deployment of AI/ML models and generative AI solutions within the Global Reconciliation Utility platform.
- Develop and integrate scalable full-stack AI applications incorporating ML and LLM tools targeting critical banking use cases.
- Drive prototyping, validation, and production deployment of AI capabilities with focus on cloud-native, containerized environments and performance evaluation.
Minimum Requirements
- 7+ years of hands-on experience in engineering scalable enterprise AI/ML solutions.
- Expert proficiency in Python programming.
- Experience with Generative AI frameworks (e.g., LangChain, LangGraph, ADK) and implementing LLMs with vector databases and RAG.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics or equivalent; Master’s degree preferred.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Deep expertise in AI principles, agent-based systems, and advanced ML/NLP techniques relevant to financial services reconciliation.
- Experienced in architecting, deploying, and operating GenAI solutions at enterprise scale using containerization (Docker) and cloud-native services.
- Capable of collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams including AI researchers, data scientists, and product managers to scale AI across products.
