About This Role
- Develop, test, and deliver well-documented data pipeline components and AI integrations using Python, SQL, and version control following assigned technical requirements.
- Collaborate with data scientists, clinical development, IS, and data-platform partners to implement and support AI-assisted analytics workflows and pipelines.
- Maintain code quality, ensure data privacy and security, conduct regression and failure tests, document AI limitations, and support product handoffs and training.
Minimum Requirements
- Master’s degree OR Bachelor’s degree with 2 years related experience.
- Preferred 5 to 9 years experience specifically in Data Engineering.
- Strong programming skills in Python and/or R; familiarity with SQL.
- Familiarity with version control, software testing, documentation, data pipelines, APIs, and cloud environments.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced with pharmaceutical or high-tech industry data or analytics environments, preferably at mid-level (5-9 years).
- Demonstrates ability to handle secure clinical or pharmaceutical data complying with privacy and access control requirements.
- Skilled in collaborating cross-functionally to translate user requirements into technical deliverables within structured AI and data science workflows.
