About This Role
- Manage and complete daily FinOps tasks ensuring accuracy and timeliness of invoicing and billing in line with SLAs.
- Resolve customer requests via email promptly, maintaining quality service and contributing to team KPIs.
- Collaborate with business partners and internal teams to meet operational goals, identify process improvements, and uphold compliance and risk management.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's degree required, ideally in Finance and Accounting.
- 1 to 3 years of experience in Freight Forwarding or Supply Chain Management with FinOps/Financial experience (having either domain experience or FinOps experience is mandatory).
- Knowledge of accounts payable and receivable processes, and operational understanding of FINOPS billing.
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in freight forwarding or supply chain domains combined with financial operations for billing accuracy.
- Ability to handle multi-tasking and meet challenging deadlines within defined SLAs.
- Skilled in stakeholder engagement and business process improvement with a strong sense of ownership.
